The Glenlivet

The Glenlevit 18 year Single Malt Whisky from Speyside Scotland is a favorite in the collection.  Extreamly smooth, not to be mixed with anything but a fine glass in my opinion.  It has a sweet floral fragrance, is distilled twice in copper stills and then aged in oak casks for 18 years. It has a very sophisticated smooth feel and I thought was worthy as a subject for a painting.  My current bottle was a gift from a close friend...the good news...he doesnt like whiskey, he's a burbon drinker.  I get this all to myself.
Water Color on 140lb cold press 5.5" x 8"

  1. I'm partial to Glenfiddich myself. I think the triangular body of the bottle is cool, and love the whiskey inside.
